It has been months of not blogging and finally, a travel post. Last September 26 we had our Cavite-Batangas tour. Our travel and tours operation subject requires us, second year tourism students to make our own itinerary and we also have to avail it. Our block decided to named our "agency" Viva Travel and tours. Each person has a task on what to do and I am assigned to reservation team. After all the difficulty as lola nidora said "tamang panahon" came and everything is settled.

Our first attraction was our lady of lourdes parish church located in tagaytay though we had our chicken fillet with rice for breakfast first.

Next on the list was the home of the record breaking puzzle collection of Ms. Gina Lacuna. Puzzle Mansion is the largest collection of jigsaw puzzle in guinness world record wherein you can see tons of puzzle in different shape and size.

The hardest puzzle with 10,000 pieces and a completion time of 300 hours.

The biggest puzzle in the world :O

And for our final destination, we went to vigan of the south which is Taal Heritage town in taal batangas. But before discovering the historical place of taal, We had our lunch at Don juan barbecue , it's a boodle fight lunch with different variety of foods. After that, we went to Mr and Mrs Villavicencio house and we were able to watch how batangeños make balisong. After a couple of minutes we invade the historic house of the villacicensio's. It is one of the famous house in batangas used for a teleserye like "ikaw lamang" of abs-cbn prime time bida. The house has expensive and historic furnitures, as our tour guide said this house is made of corals on the first floor and wooden on the second floor plus the window made of capis.

After that we went to Galleria Taal the first and only camera museum in the country. Sir Manny Inumerable the owner of the rare vintage camera museum tour us around the house. It has 240 modern-vintage working cameras. Next in line is the sanctuary of Caysasay Church built in 1640.

On our way to Santuary of Our lady of caysasay. So hot!

After loooooooong walks we went to the Asia's biggest church which is Taal Basilica or basilica of saint martin of tours. The main feature of this church is the long aisle itself which is the dream wedding church of every girl. Fact about taal basilica: it is where ogie and regine alcasid said I do and it is also where maya and sir chief's wedding held in please be careful with my heart.

And eat-all-you-can buffet for our dinner at Verdiview Restaurant.
